OK 你没有看错,确实就是IE Developer Toolbar.

当用firefox的大侠们用Web Developer欢快的开发着网页的时候,用IE的开发者们还在忍受着莫名奇妙的脚本错误,在编辑器跟IE浏览器之间来来回回切换的烦恼.

经过一年半的测试,微软周四正式发布了其IE Developer Toolbar 1.0版本.支持IE6/7.微软开发者工具条可以让开发人员更为方便的分析网页结构.调整包括CSS在内的各种特定元素,帮助开发者更好地创建Web应用.

下面是IE Developer Toolbar的功能列表:

• Explore and modify the document object model (DOM) of a Web page.
• Locate and select specific elements on a Web page through a variety of techniques.
• Selectively disable Internet Explorer settings.
• View HTML object class names, ID’s, and details such as link paths, tab index values, and access keys.
• Outline tables, table cells, images, or selected tags.
• Validate HTML, CSS, WAI, and RSS web feed links.
• Display image dimensions, file sizes, path information, and alternate (ALT) text.
• Immediately resize the browser window to a new resolution.
• Selectively clear the browser cache and saved cookies. Choose from all objects or those associated with a given domain.
• Display a fully featured design ruler to help accurately align and measure objects on your pages.
• Find the style rules used to set specific style values on an element.
• View the formatted and syntax colored source of HTML and CSS.

－通过多种技术方式定位、选定Web页上的特定元素。
